Wilmington announces APK President - The Clermont Sun

Wilmington College sophomore Jayme L. Mabry of Sperling Drive, Amelia, is serving as president of the Wilmington College Alpha Phi Kappa Sorority.

Mabry, who is majoring in criminal justice, is a 2015 graduate of Amelia High School.

The Alpha Phi Kappa Sorority was founded in 1921 and is the second oldest local sorority on campus. It’s composed of a group of girls from all different backgrounds, studying various majors. The purpose of the sorority is to promote its members in the areas of friendship, leadership and service. They are very active in events on campus, some of which include community service events such as Relay for life and Cardboard Village.

Wilmington College is an independent college in Wilmington, Ohio, with a hallmark for hands-on learning opportunities. Founded in 1870 by Quakers, WC hosts 1,100 students at its main campus and another 200 at two satellite locations in Cincinnati.
